Labor dynasties are a source of special pride for the company, representing the commitment of multiple generations from a single family to TNC Kazchrome JSC. A striking example is the Baimuldin family from the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant, whose collective work experience spans 300 years. The dynasty was founded by brothers-smelters Berkin and Tuleu Baimuldin, later joined by their sons Marat and Murat. For 56 years, the family has remained dedicated to their work, earning the deep respect of both colleagues and management. The Baimuldin family won the regional “Yenbek Zholy” competition in the category “Best Labor Dynasty” for the Aktobe region. Following this achievement, Marat Baimuldin represented the family at the national “Yenbek Zholy” competition in Astana.

The relationship between the company and its employees is governed by the Collective Agreement, which is recognized as one of the best in Kazakhstan. In 2018, the document received high praise at the national business social responsibility competition “Paryz,” where it was awarded first place. In 2023, the Collective Agreement was updated and supplemented with new provisions. One key change is that all payments are now defined in monthly calculation indices (MCI) rather than monetary terms, allowing for annual increases. Additionally, following a decision by the company's management, compensation payments for employees working on a rotational basis have been increased, and a clear procedure for determining continuous length of service has been established.

In 2024, Kazchrome was awarded the title of “Best Social Partner” in the international competition among the primary organizations of the Council of Trade Unions of Central Asia (CTAU). TNC Kazchrome JSC operates in full compliance with international standards, within the framework of an integrated management system.
